STACK with state ⇒ Stateful

Update on STACK with state, which is now its own question-type called Stateful. Stateful has gone through plenty of authoring testing and the terms and patterns in use start to be clearer. Live testing with actual students starts this fall, so this is just a demo of a new system.

Stateful, is a system for “inner loop adaptation” i.e. allowing modification of the question itself (or its parameters) based on the students answer. This allows feedback to also include additional questions tuned to the answer.
